Kevin is a self-taught chef acquiring much of his skill and knowledge about the food industry through his years of experience working for a large catering company as an assistant chef. At an early age, Kevin acquired a love for cooking from his mother who taught him the virtues and values of cooking. Kevin’s interest in food preparation has remained with him throughout his life. He has mastered his culinary skills through formal training as well as independent study.
In addition to his culinary skills and interests, Kevin has worked extensively in the technology services industry and as a successful entrepreneur. He is the founder of Guident Technologies, a successful management consulting company, where he performed as partner and CEO. Prior to joining Guident, Kevin served as a Principal within PricewaterhouseCoopers’ (PwC) management consulting practice and as a director at Cigna Corporation.
Combining his wealth of business knowledge and his intense culinary passion, Kevin has brought a unique and refreshing food business to the Northern Virginia region. The Seafoodie concept will meet a growing demand by consumers who want to enjoy high-quality meals, particularly seafood, at home but don’t have the time or desire to cook.
